Indoor Riding Facility (availability dependent on riding program schedule)

• Handicapped accessible
• 120′ x 60′ lighted sand arena
• Activity room with kitchenette and drinking fountain
• Restroom

Horsebarn

• 10′ x 15′ Box stalls with rubber floor mates & white oak bedding
• Stalls are cleaned 6 days per week
• Heat & fire sensors with central reporting
• Orchard grass hay
• 12% Sweet feed
• Outdoor wash rack with hot and cold water access

Tack Room

• Burglar & fire security system with central reporting
• Climate controlled
• Individual tack lockers with dead-bolt locks
• Bathroom/changing area
• Drinking fountain

Pastures

• 20 Acres
• 3-sided shelters for protection
• Free choice grass round bale hay feed in equine round bale feeders
• Loose mineral supplements
• Trace mineral blocks
• Automatic freeze-proof waterers (kept clean & free of debris)
• Pastures and horses are checked by staff twice daily

Stall board with pasture turnout:  $375 per month

Pasture Board (grain not included): $250 per month
